I am a biopharmaceutical leader with 18+ years of experience spanning biologics development, GMP manufacturing, lifecycle management, and global program management. My expertise covers biosimilars, insulins, monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and viral vaccines, with a proven track record in both scientific and strategic leadership roles.In my current role as Senior Director, I lead Global External Manufacturing Programs across advanced and emerging markets, oversee lifecycle management for multiple product portfolios, drive the global supply network strategy, and lead capacity expansion initiatives to ensure long-term readiness. I also spearhead digitization programs including LIMS, MES, and process automation, with a keen focus on exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance operations, governance, and decision-making. Additionally, I manage strategic alliances covering end-to-end supply chain, R&D collaborations, and technology transfers, while actively contributing to business due diligence and in-licensing opportunities.Earlier in my career, I contributed to purification process development for biosimilars at Biocon, helped set up purification labs and QMS systems at Kemwell, supported toxicology-stage biosimilar programs and funding initiatives at Navya, and at Dr. Reddy’s, led Operations PMO, capacity expansion projects, and viral vaccine facility setup, while implementing Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) and enterprise digitization.With a strong foundation in Product Development, DS Manufacturing, Sterile Fill-Finish operations, COGS, Supply chain, Logistics and regulatory frameworks, I combine deep technical expertise with strategic program leadership.
