I work at the intersection of, helping large technology portfolios translate intent into predictable execution.I’ve led and stabilised transformations across,(-). My work spans both, depending on what the system needs at a given point in time.In my current role within, I partner with portfolio and program leaders on. At the same time, I work directly with when execution needs stabilising — supporting planning, dependency management, flow improvement, and role clarity.I use Agile, Lean, and product-oriented practices as, not as ends in themselves.
