I work in the Global Supply chain centre of excellence within HCL that helps to develop next generation Supply Chain solutions and help position HCL SaaS Services as a leader in the Global Supply Chain industry. Main service offerings are sales, presales, new propositions, acquisition due diligence support to the rest of HCL. Main areas covered are Planning, WMS, TMS, Control Tower, last mile delivery, Integration, technology, tools and migration within the SaaS supply chain arena. I am responsible in providing presales business and technical support to the HCL sales teams with specific focus around new propositions, technology, end to end supply chain and integration expertise in moving customers from an on-premise model to a cloud and SaaS models, also around process automation, AI, and machine learning with in the supply chain.
