I champion Occupational Heath and Safety. For over 20 years, I have led the development, of OHS Management Systems programs, supporting policies, procedures, tools and training that assist employers and their workers with risk reduction and legislative compliance. With over 20 years of proven experience in the public and private sector, I hold expertise in Managed Systems Auditing, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis as well as many hazard specific areas such as confined spaces, vehicular hazards and working at heights. As a manager and leader with Ontario\'s Safe Workplace Association WSPS - I led development, implementation and maintenance of consulting standards that WSPS consultants implement when providing a comprehensive suite of health and safety consulting solutions. I was also responsible to ensure innovation, development and delivery of all solutions in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, and following PMBOK principles.
