   Working in a heavily matrix-managed organization, I continue to excel at delivering overarching sourcing and supply solutions that sustain production quality while minimizing expense. Here, I synchronize multinational operations across regions to support five fiber-optic cable manufacturing facilities that generate $5B in annual revenue.Throughout my time at Corning, I have developed collaborative relationships to achieve cross-functional consensus for strategic initiatives to drive down costs through inventory reduction and corporate redesign. I have consistently exceeded inventory reduction goals by at least 15%, resulting in reductions value at more than $7.3M.Like many industries, we faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To ensure business continuity while facing staffing gaps, I volunteered to manage an additional supply category and successfully navigated sourcing through the early months of the pandemic and a 40% demand expansion.
