Managing the day to day Holidays Operation from the Holidays Operation Centre at easyJet holidays HQ near London Luton Airport. My role includes managing customer incidents, crisis and flight disruption for our Holidays customers travelling with easyJet on a full package holiday. My role also includes being a member of the HOC Management team and taking lead during shift as an escalation point for both On Holidays Support Advisors and Team Leaders. Being in command of the operation as Duty Manager in Command and a representative of the HOC during crisis and flight disruption management. Everything we do has our customers at the forefront of our mind and to ensure that we are the best loved holiday company.
