I’ve led and built HR functions from the ground up, serving as Director of Human Resources, where I implemented policies and procedures aligned with organizational mission and vision, developed competitive compensation and benefits strategies, and strengthened leadership capability at every level.Most recently, I’ve led enterprise-level HR initiatives for an emerging construction company, supporting operational growth, workforce planning, and leadership development during a critical expansion phase. I’ve also played a key role in the rebranding and organizational transformation of a healthcare center, collaborating with executive leadership and communications teams to align culture, talent, and brand identity during change.During the pandemic, I further expanded my leadership by advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, partnering with executive teams and public relations leaders to ensure these efforts were not only implemented internally, but authentically communicated externally—reinforcing trust, transparency, and culture.With over ten years of experience coaching management teams, I specialize in business operations practices, leadership development, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
