I look to ensure that NBM continue offering the high levels of Customer service that they have built their reputation on.I create the link between Sales, Accounts & Logistics and ensure that all 3 departments work to their full potential in a efficient and seamless manner. Since taking over as the Operations Manager I have made a number of significant changes which have included sourcing,developing & integrating a bespoke operating system, Locating, Designing and Project Managing NBM\'s move to Eastman Way Hemel Hempstead in 2013 and more recently Fully Migrating NBM to the \"Cloud\" enabling our Sales and Management team full access and control to work wherever and whenever they want.
