As the PSD (Global Operations Support Manager) for the Automatic Tank Cleaning (ATC) Business Line I manage all tank cleaning equipment on a global capacity, and I am the primary focal point for all tank cleaning requirements. This includes technically supporting all operations, working with the local personnel in each location to ensure tank cleaning operations are delivered efficiently, all equipment is maintained and the necessary parts are delivered as required, and arranging for specialist support in said locations to carry out surveys, and run the operation until the necessary experience has been achieved, and the operation can be handed over to the local operation. All surveys will be relayed via myself for review prior to being submitted. I am involved in all capital sales and the design of each system on a global level, and the majority of proposals will be produced by myself working alongside our local sales personnel. All tenders including the requirement for tank cleaning will be directed to myself, and the necessary equipment and pricing will be provided to the location responding to the tender, and in accordance with local legislation and guidelines to deliver a efficient and compliant ATC system for the area of operation. With the rental fleet of ATC systems, I will work with our local team’s to produce a financial analysis ensuring that the pricing is sound, covering all costs and achieving the appropriate IBT%. I will also review operational needs, contracts and demand for our rental fleet and work with our OPRM personnel to relocate assets and ensure utilization is kept at a reasonable level achieving adequate revenue. From a sales perspective I will travel to meet customers on a regular basis, presenting and discussing their specific needs.
