Baking is my passion! I am always on the lookout for new ways to increase my knowledge! If you have any suggestions feel free to get in touch. I have carried out production and supervisory rolls, along with new product development as a technician/ bakery specialist and process technician In the future I would like to hone my artisan skills and become more proficient in baking on a broader scale. Ultimately I would like to have my own artisan bakery! But that is for the future.
