ABOUT DARYL MORRISSEY
Daryl Morrissey has worked as the national refugee cultural orientation coordinator for Lutheran Immigrant and Refugee Service (LIRS) in Baltimore, Maryland, since January, 2015. He established a complete CO curriculum for the LIRS network, with content, training methodologies and tools, and learning assessment tools. He is currently assisting local service providers with US government contract requirements, creating policy guidelines to ensure contract compliance, and monitoring compliance with government contract stipulations. Daryl has a decade of experience with International Organization for Migration in the fields of cultural orientation and disaster management training, and is an expert on effective training methodologies and interactive curriculum development.
