Current appointment: HIV Vaccine Trials Network Lab and Statistical Center for HIV/AIDS Research & Prevention. Previous: Early Detection Research Network • Spearheaded statistical support of lab assay development and validation, providing statistical support to individual scientists involved in immune assay research, including study design and power calculation, methods development, data analysis, report writing, and co-authorships.• Pioneered automatic data analysis pipeline enabling the immune-correlates analysis of the RV144 Thai vaccine efficacy trial (published in NEJM). This included processing many data types, automated report generation of formatted latex documents.
