Mr. Mills has over 30 plus years of Engineering, Construction and Maintenance experience. During the past 30 years he has had an opportunity to be exposed to various clients and industries including over 19 years working in the Government Sector. During the past 25 years Mr. Mills has experience serving in various Management positions, which includes being actively involved with construction/construction management, maintenance, demolition and environmental cleanup projects. Mr. Mills has extensive experience managing large and complex projects with significant staff and budget responsibilities. Currently, Mr. Mills is serving as the CAM Industrial Solutions Program Director/Site Manager responsible for the execution of capital, maintenance, and shop fabrication scopes of work for Eastman Chemical. Project execution resources average around 700 direct hire employees.
