Experienced with Caterpillar,Link belt Crane, and IMT AF Drill rig service information systems and parts books and prints.My Essential Functions • Handle customer phone call volume and walk-ins by researching, ordering, and invoicing parts. • Provide parts support for the service department by researching, ordering, and billing parts required for service repair orders. • Perform various administrative duties related to the operation of the Parts Department, including core processing, stock receipts and inventory processing, issue purchase orders,hydraulic hose building etc.Process and expedite emergency backorders. Process parts discrepancy claims. Process undercarriage and rebuild claims. Work core grief and variation reports. Code invoices and reconcile accounts. Work with all stores to make sure all backorders are processed correctly. Process orders quickly and accurately. Build hydraulic hoses. Receive back orders and/or process outgoing shipments.
