I am a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineering professional with over eight years of experience delivering quality excellence across complex manufacturing environments. My career spans Tier 1 automotive and aerospace manufacturing, with a strong focus on APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 audits, and new product launches.At Piston Automotive, I led the quality team through the successful launch of a new GM plant, later recognized with the 2023 GM Supplier of the Year award. My strengths include managing layered process audits, scrap reduction programs, supplier corrective actions (SCAR), and internal audits. I regularly train teams on 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, and calibration programs to ensure audit readiness and customer satisfaction.I hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), IATF Internal Auditing, and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA).
