I provide technical oversight over a wide range of practice areas, including:Property Transactions: Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.Contaminated Sites: Overseeing investigations, remediation, closure and long-term management of sites under state and federal programs (CERCLA, UST/LUST, RCRA, CWA).Air Quality: Handling permitting, compliance, and developing emission monitoring programs.Water Quality: Providing technical oversight for water projects, including stormwater pollution prevention (SWPP) and spill prevention (SPCC) plans, including aboveground storage tank inspections.I also serve as a lead investigator and technical advisor for vapor intrusion, indoor air quality, and other community health projects.
