1. Director, Account General Manager - Us Consumer Sales

   Lead the cross-functional team of sales, operations, and marketing that manages all of HP\'s business with both Amazon and Costco in the computing (laptops, desktops, monitors) and office (printers, ink, and toner) categories. My team has direct quota responsibility for all HP Consumer business in the USA, which includes a multi-billion dollar annual quota. As the Account\'s GM, I am also responsible for the activity with Costco and Amazon internationally in over 25 countries around the globe, including resolving escalations, contract negotiations, and strategic decisions. With Amazon specifically, I took over responsibility for the business in 2012, with the business in a contract dispute, and HP generating zero revenue with Amazon in 2012. Starting in 2013, after negotiating the contract to closure, I led the business from $0 revenue in 2012 to over $1 billion annually in less than seven years. And now Amazon (by itself) is a multi-billion dollar retailer for HP. I have worked on several strategic initiatives with Amazon including Alexa integration, DASH replenishment, Climate Pledge initiatives, Global Vendor Management engagement, Transparency, and Brand Registry.
