Misaligned assumptions, narrative drift, unclear communication, and hidden incentives often shape decisions long before outcomes appear. By the time a problem becomes visible, the thinking that created it has usually been operating for quite some time. My work focuses on helping leaders and teams see those dynamics more clearly. Rather than positioning myself as the expert with answers, I operate as a structured thinking partner — helping individuals and organizations examine assumptions, surface blind spots, and regain clarity in complex situations. Over the past several years I have also worked directly with AI-driven fleet safety systems and driver behavior analytics inside a 2,500+ driver transportation operation. That experience has given me practical insight into how safety technology, operational leadership, and driver engagement interact in real-world fleet environments. My background spans several high-consequence domains where clear thinking matters: • Military operations • Transportation safety and operational risk • Regulatory compliance and driver safety culture • Leadership development and decision frameworks • Wilderness leadership and competence under consequence Across these environments the common thread remains the same: helping people think clearly under real-world conditions. I believe leadership is not primarily about authority or persuasion. It is about responsibility — seeing reality clearly enough to make decisions that serve both people and mission.
