Daryl retired May 2021 after 7 years with the International Medical Group (IMG). Hired as part of a public offering succession plan. As Chief Operating Officer, Daryl was responsible for the world-wide offices and operations of the 400+ employees of International Medical Group. Daryl added Information Technology and Cyber Security to his role in 2019. Daryl became the Global Head of Transformation in 2020 with the goal of re-engineering an aging technology, infrastructure and production stack. Prior to joining IMG, he:+ Owned and managed ConsonanceHealth LLC, a healthcare consulting firm + Was an Executive Vice President and held several high-profile executive positions.+ Joined AmWINs after negotiating a merger with his very successful healthcare and process consulting + was a Senior Vice President at Marsh and McLennan Corporation with profit and loss responsibility for a 300 person,$50 million, four site health Care administrative unit.+ was the architect of a person retiree health care practice with Kirke Van Orsdel Inc.+ also managed for KVI benefits for associations as small as members and as large as spent 15 years as a Naval Intelligence officer.
