August 2021 - Present EngineerPerforms several functions under the LRDR and HDR-G (Guam) Systems Engineering Integrated Product Teams. This includes: assisting in evaluating the SE portion of LRDR Integrated Baseline Reviews, Coordinating and assisting in several Incremental Engineering Technical reviews with PDR and CDR attributes and maintaining the objective evidence libraries for each review, evaluating HDR-G radar requirements for use on the product contract and preparing materials for Integrated Product Reviews, assisting the LRDR Verification team in evaluating Test reports received from the contractor and readying them for presentation to the SN Engineering Review Board. April 2019 - August 2021 EngineerPerforms several functions under the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) group of the UK BMDR team at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This includes: creating/updating Risk and Opportunity slides for review in the Joint Review Board with the UK and the MDA Program Review Board; assisting in the CRP process by generating a Systems Engineering Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Test Evaluation Strategy, modifying the Systems Engineering sections of the Statement of Work and updating the relevant CDRLs. Also performed functions under the Joint LRDR/HDR-H SE IPT, to include: participating in an HDR-H Integrated Baseline Review, gathering data for the Program Manager and team on the LRDR Technical Data Package CDRL; participated in Tech eval, assists in auditing Swift Rivers’ verification of the LRDR Equipment Shelter delta FRD requirements. Also gathered necessary data from IPT leads to create/maintain a Risk Assessment Matrix. Assisting in creating an Engineering Review Board/Change Control Board to properly screen and evaluate proposed changes at the local level, before elevation to the MDA SN level. Reviewed/updated CDRLs as required (SEMP, CMP, etc.).
