Started out with TrueNorth Steel (formally Fargo Tank & Steel) as an Estimator/ Project Manager. Analyze Structural and Architectural drawings, develop material take offs and bids while working with the engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and economy of the design. I continued to work with General Contractors and Developers to maintain relationships and consistant construction schedules. As the company grew, more of my duties moved towards negotiated work as well as design build. From 2010 until the end of 2013 I moved into our Oil Field Tank Manufacturing division, during that time I developed relationships with Oil Field companies to develop new products as well as improving the existing product line used to support the drilling and production side of the Oil and Gas industry in North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. In 2014 I moved back to our Structural Steel division and where I continue my Business Development on large scale projects and support our estimating and project management staff.
