ABOUT DARIA D.

First and foremost, I love all about financial markets. Especially I am interested in derivatives, forex and money market. I like to exam different valuation models and experiment with various inputs and parameters. And yes, I really find highly interesting to work with numbers and to track the changes and affect of such modeling on instrument price. Even though knowing about it, the perception of me being a nerdy geek working in an isolated backroom office won’t be correct. I love to work with people as well. And I mean here co-workers and clients. I have experience with day-to-day clients’ support job and consulting clients about products, capabilities and features. I believe that the key to manage the client relationship is trust. At the beginning of interaction, I try to understand the motives of clients and challenges they may be facing, and how I can help them reach their goals. Following through the scope of work proposed to the client I try to make sure of understanding the client’s expectations and do my best to establish a strategy and set goals and deadlines accordingly. To be honest, I like to collaborate with different professionals, to learn from them as well as share my experience and ideas. For me it is also important to manage expectations on both the client side and with internal team members. With my teammates I do my best by keeping open lines of communication. I aspire to build a strong collaborative relationship considering experience and strengths of my team that can offer to help elevate the project. My personal and professional experience have taught me the following about myself: I am a detail-oriented, responsible and committed financier, with a get-it-done, on-time and high-quality product spirit, and more than a decade of experience in banking.I drive myself to be a better person and educate myself to stay a professional. Skills: problem solving, presentation skills, strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multi-tasks and priorities, writing report, evaluation and economic analysis, client relationship.
