Provide recommendations and consultation to internal customers to ensure policies and procedures are in place to preserve privacy obligations. • Full scope of responsibilities of the US Federal and State Transparency disclosures, the Drug Sample program includes reporting to applicable authorities, including the FDA. • Continuous compliance education of Commercial, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Patience Experience organizations on the latest updates and current law requirements to raise awareness of compliance trends, best practices, and solutions utilized by Radius.
