   Started at Valenite R&D 18 years then went out in the Field to Support Valenite Salesmen. Launch several OEM programs,acknowledgment of increase in sales by $1.2mil, served on several tooling teams for American Axle Mfg. Det.As I was working for KA ( Key Accounts ) for several years and travel the Midwest & East Coast. Some of the plants that I have improved and resolved tooling issues were,Cummins Engine in Ind and Jamestown NY. GM Springhill Tenn, Caterpillar in Ind. Ellwood Crankshafts in Pa and many more. As of 2014 a new challenge for me, working in District accounts to help our Salesforce meet there Sales Goals for 2014. This will be a great oppurtunity to put my expertize from KA to help resolve and to improve District Accounts.I was Technical Tooling Engineer for Tool Management at American Axle Det, was involved with 3 Rivers,Colfor, & Mexico.Working with Walter Tools on a new project in CBN & PCD tooling for Gears & Valve Seats.Was involved with Valenite R&D new product introductions programs.Hobby \"Amateur Radio Operator\" 1st class FCC license.
