The Reliability & Integrity Manager – Shell Midstream manages the safe field execution of SPLC’s Pipeline Integrity Plan (PIP) within SPLC’s Integrity Management Program (IMP) which includes Corrosion Controls/Mitigation. These field execution activities are integrity assessment related in support of pipeline Process Safety, which include smart pigging (ILI), pressure testing, pipeline repairs, flow assurance (maintenance pigging), corrosion mitigation as well as other special maintenance projects. This position manages three teams of Engineering Assistants who execute and oversee field work activities under direct supervision of Supervisors. Pipeline assets are the pipelines and pump stations throughout Gulf of Mexico—Texas and Louisiana, Western Region, Pacific Northwest, and Mid-Continent. The purpose of this role is to achieve a “Best in Class” Asset Integrity and Maintenance Program in support of securing business continuity, meeting financial targets, ensuring operational excellence, and meeting HSSE standards.
