Designed a budgeting system for a 150 hectare coffee farm. The system included nursery, plantation, wet and dry mill. The budget was divided by lot, type of pruning, renovation or planting and was projected to five years.− Design of a Key Performance Indicator system based on production costs, crop productivity, yields in coffee processing and cup quality at the end of the production cycle.− Unified the budgeting system of the farm with the corporation\'s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). The objective was to be able to monitor the execution of budget and productivity of the farm from the software used by the main business of the company − Based on the budget and projections made a financial analysis of the farm using price scenarios, field productivity, processing yields, crop renewal, among others.− Determination of exchange rate risk exposure for Guatemala and Costa Rica operations, and the implementation of strategies to reduce and manage this type of risk.
