ABOUT DARTRELL MILLER
As a certified weld inspector at Birdon Group, I ensure the quality and safety of weldments according to D1.2 criteria and perform various nondestructive testing methods, such as dye penetrant, pressure, and leak tests. I also administer welder performance qualification tests and conduct dimensional inspections. With a welding school diploma and multiple certifications from the American Welding Society, I have acquired the skills and knowledge in the science of nondestructive testing, fabrication math, and economics of welding. I have applied these skills in my previous roles as a quality control inspector at Boeing and Capitol Steel Structures, where I contributed to the successful completion of large and complex projects. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as a welding professional and deliver high-quality results for my team and clients.
