As a Sourcing Lead, I am involved in hiring the Niche talent across the PAN India. Roles And Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment in Applied Intelligence team (Data Science, Analytics, ETL,Cloud,Artificial Intelligence,Cloud Data Engineers, Consulting, HRSS, Risk & Compliance, Legal) for Accenture AI and Corporate Functions.In this role, I need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problemsand day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture.Responsibilities include interaction with the clients and Hiring Managers to understand the Ask on a daily basis.I have to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions.I will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients.Involved in the Live-Sourcing calls with Stakeholders/Hiring managers for better understanding on the role.Training the team members on complex roles and helping them in building the search string when required.Maintaining a Healthy Relationship with the candidates and helping them with the Interview feedbacks and resolving their queries within 48hrs SLA.
