Spearheaded the program deliverables in a Scaled Agile set up, with 6 cross-functional cross-location squads of 50+ resources, by closely partnering with various teams from Business, Tech Leads, Architects and Engineers to manage the cost, scope and schedule of the deliverables. Lead BA – India & Technical Product Owner Core Finance Systems (CFS) program was a highly complex, multi-year initiative with an annual budget of ~7.5 million CHF, aimed at building Strategic Platform for CFO Data Acquisition and Management. Spearheaded agile delivery across 100+ resources, embedding iterative planning, backlog refinement, and cross functional alignment to drive timely, high-quality execution. Formulated an India Workforce strategy to build a strong capability in India by increasing the permanent staff headcount and creating the Core-Flex model. The strategy resulted in direct cost savings of circa. 250k USD per year. Transitioned four vendor teams to managed outcome-based contracts, enabling tighter delivery governance, backlog accountability, and long-term savings of ~$1M.Lead IT Business Analyst - US Regulatory Reporting Absorbed India delivery challenges with the team of 20+ BAs (6 Direct, 14 Vendors), pertaining to various regulations and proved that the deliveries can be fully owned and end-to-end delivered from India
