In my current business manager role at Publicis Groupe, I manage high-scale digital businesses across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. I’ve had the opportunity to lead performance marketing and strategy for some of India’s most trusted brands. For the Parachute Baby, I drove over 6x growth on Amazon and Flipkart by focusing on visibility, assortment planning. My geo-targeted campaigns and new product launches also delivered 2-3x growth across Swiggy, Zepto, and Blinkit. Additionally, I led the Saffola Oil portfolio on Flipkart, achieving nearly 2x growth, while boosting performance on q-commerce platforms through data-led decisions and agile execution. I managed the Amazon for Kimberly-Clark Professional, where I successfully delivered over 30% year-on-year revenue growth and improved ROAS by more than 25%.I began my career at Skillmatics, where I quickly progressed from a Senior Executive to a Marketing Manager. At Skillmatics, I contributed to making Amazon-generated reports more actionable and implemented various performance marketing strategies across international markets. One of my proudest achievements was directly contributing to the 2x increase in daily sales of newly launched products in the U.S, UK, Japan, Germany, France, Canadian market by working closely with the CEO. I also played an active role in mentoring new managers and guiding teams on account handling and paid marketing best practices.Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (Finance) degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Outside of work, I am passionate about community engagement and was honored with the Raman Brothers Award for my contributions to co-curricular activities.
