Demonstrate strong Community Relations, Community Outreach and Community Engagement ability; Organize Senior focused events to bring seniors together, build effective community partnerships, and be active and visible to help seniors gain access to vital care needed. Utilize B2C and B2B sales skillsets, problem-solving analytics, organizational skills, and build rapport with community partners and seniors. Secure new patients through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community stakeholder relationships. Continued new patient enrollment year-round by identifying needs assessment and cultivating trust. Execute community events to reach medically underserved, Medicare-eligible seniors. Cultivate relationships with individual health plan agents, independent brokers, social workers, case workers, senior housing managers, senior centers, and related community partners on related Community Health initiatives with community officials/influencers, businesses, and public health programs that appropriately drive new patient growth. Leverage sales and marketing programs to identify prospect data; CRM Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suites, Workday, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Public Speaking, Penetration Plans, Document Sales opportunities and interactions in target sub-markets. Provide monthly activity calendar reflecting community access points and venues. Engage with patients throughout and beyond first appointment experience. Maintain relationships to positively impact retention and provide impactful and meaningful customer resolution.
