Working cross-functionally with various teams to fulfill the requirements of other clients whenever required as per the market changes and made sure no roles are left unfilled. Working on direct requirements exclusively provided to us by Hiring Managers and presenting them best talent available in the market while coordinating and attending various supplier calls to better understand their needs and fulfilling them by maintaining TAT. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to track performance and ensure all the KPIs are met and to prepare the strategy and plan to meet or exceed the goals.
