Maintain internal operations of the company- Create company HR docs, including business continuity plans - Provide staff with equipment, contracts, info and induction packs that they need- Oversight of HR and CRM systems, payroll and expense management- Liaison to suppliers, SLA’s and invoicing- Arranging meetings and travel for staff members, as well as via/sponsorships and company events-Customer support and first point of contact for customer issues and requests via phone, email and online calls- Develop online training courses, materials, editorials and information packs for customers- Manage team of tech operations staff- International market research and contact gathering- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and NHS personnel- Facilitate hydrotherapy classes with NHS staff for their referral patients with MSK issues
