Voluntary RecruitmentResponsibilities• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions• Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and ensure excellent candidate experience• Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including searching, and communicating with candidates and employers.• Utilize various recruitment platforms and Online resources to attract top talent• Conduct cold calls and networking activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires• Collaborate with our Account Executives and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as social media, networking, referrals,• internal database and job boards as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).• We are a very performance and metric-driven organization, so this is critical. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and their managers.
