Managing a portfolio of syndicated lending transactions and performing all the servicing activities such as Rollover/ Reprising, Interest, Paydown, Drawdown, Fees, PIK, Split, Combine on term Loan/Revolver/Delayed Draw Term Loan facilities with agent notice.• Ensuring that Cash & Position Reconciliation Report sent out is accurate and in time with daily cash availability to the clients and cash management process. Processing loan advances, repayments, interest payments, fee payments, and L/C activity on USD based loans.• Setting up and settled par loan trades on the Loan Track system (WSO). Investigating & resolving discrepancies of lender amount, related to loans as per funding memos/notices received from Investment Managers.• Coordinate with IM to seek assistance on open issues, concerns and new query encountered and enhance continue learning within team.• Processing incoming and outgoing payments (USD and Non USD) internally and outside as per requirement.• Knowledge of lending applications (WSO, Loan Ops, LS-Fax, MCH)Skills: Macro · WSO · MCH
