I design and develop Experimental systems for testing and validating Rolls-Royce aero engines, including UltraFan, Trent XWB 97CI, 84EP, Hydrogen, and Trent worked on complex instrumentation designs including disconnect panel mounting on fan cases, angular position sensors (resolvers) mounting on variable stator vanes and the Iso Kinetic sampler design required for particle penetration testing. Blade tip timing and blade tip clearance measurement systems.I created systems that support to measure and monitor variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, strain, vibration and noise levels, within an aero engine at system and subsystem level.I redesigned the stuffing box to mitigate the pressure leakage issue from the combustor and turbine casing.I do have hands-on experience using engineering drawing standards (ASME Y14.5), Rolls-Royce design standards (E-TR, RRDS, RRES, JES, etc.) and PLM operating procedures and best practices.I do own the review of deliverables including design definition reports, SIRs, PDM, design calculations, scheme drawings, buy-off packs and more. Support internal and external technical review maturity audits and understand the technical programme requirements of complex design tasks (RFQ/SoW) and providing effort estimation.
