   Devised tools, automation’s and application performance monitors to improve infrastructure systems’ performance and optimization using Python and javascript.Selenium scripts to produce Grafana and Instana dashboard reports for CPU and memory usage of NGINX load balancer servers, and automated the emails that saved around and reduced 98% manual intervention. • As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for New Relic and NRQL queries, was responsible for the complete migration of 1650 synthetic monitors from site24x7 to New Relic. New Relic applications and other services were deployed using Ansible, Spinnaker, and Jenkins in both test and production environments. • Point of Contact for L1/L2 testing and troubleshooting of applications. Helped team to achieve 2x times better Mean Time To Resolve. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve the full life-cycle of infrastructure services, from conception and design to deployment, user support, and change refinement and implementation to guarantee SLAs were met or surpassed. • Performed POC for alert policy correlation to decrease noise and created drop policies to reduce data ingestion, which reduced unnecessary data ingest by 200gb and noise by 40% • Proficient with large-scale systems on-premises and public/private cloud environments, and performed ESXi and SPP patching for 500+ servers. Acted as a bridge commander for high priority incidents and ensured timely resolution.
