Handled endpoint security through crowd strike falcon for proactive monitoring against malware attacks and performed threat hunting using crowd strike falcon. Monitored for different types of attacks such a DOS, DDOS, Ransomware etc. and had the potential to bring in notice of client about any such suspicious attack on the network. Contacted the customers directly in case of high priority incidents and helped the customer in the process of mitigating the attacks. Monitored, Analyzed and acted on malicious websites accessed by users, legitimate sites blocked by Z-scaler proxy. Worked closely with business units to ensure that they know what and how to feed data into the SIEM. Co-ordinated with networking teams to maintain and establish communication to remote ArcSight Connectors. Investigated malicious phishing emails, domains, and IPs using Open-Source tools and recommended proper blocking based on analysis.
