Global support to Italy, Germany and India also. As a Design engineer, responsible for new design work of Asphalt plant Technology. Creation of engineering drawings, SPD,3D models/assemblies and BOM in PL M system ( ECTR-SAP). 3Dmodels and retro-fitting assemblies in Autodesk Inventor. Work on plant systems like Pre- feeding system, Drying and heating, Bag filter, Mixer and Vibrating screen, pipelines. Design modification for simplifying and error-free sheet metal fabrication, assembly and disassembly of component. Coordination with Inter- departmental team, production, planning and purchase team for error-free manufacturing work. Creation of fabrication/manufacturing drawings with GD & T. Order drawing and layout works based on customer requirement. Work with CFT (Cross function team) & attend meeting, collecting necessary report on a regular basis to solve site problem & maintaining DCR (Design change request)/ DCN (Design change note)in existing product. Familiar with the fabrication work like Erection, cutting, grinding, and welding.
