Install, monitor, and maintain stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment such as hydraulic & pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, chain drives, blowers, conveyors, belts, bearings, shafts, and rollers.• Troubleshoot, diagnosis and maintain the rotary and stationary machines like molding machines, vision system, glue machine, case packing machine, wrapping machine, turn table.• Perform daily maintenance, and safety checks on all equipment and tools as a part of preventative maintenance program.• Operate machine tools such as drilling machine, milling machines, welding machine, grinders, and cutters to fabricate componentsand parts.• Read and review blueprint, diagrams, drawings, plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare for start-up or service.• Maintain maintenance log of equipment/machine with operational commitments and maintenance requirements.• Perform daily maintenance, and safety checks on all equipment and tools as a part of Preventative maintenance program.• Maintain the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and good working conditions.• Perform other tasks given by supervisor.
