In the dynamic landscape of Legal Data Intelligence (LDI), my role is pivotal in orchestrating customer success. My proactive approach ensures that key projects, goals, and KPIs are always met. I delve deep into understanding the intricacies of projects that impact our service areas. I ensure the resolution of critical incidents and spearhead Customer Action Plans to guarantee a seamless experience with Relativity.As an Architect, I am at the forefront of PoC\'s and client onboarding processes. I work alongside cross-functional teams to refine our product and elevate the customer experience. I liaise with senior team members, Product, Operations, and Engineering to address and resolve customer issues promptly. Engaging with our customers, I take the lead in imparting best practices for utilizing Relativity, ensuring they harness the full potential of our offerings.My responsibilities extend to comprehending client engagement and utilization with all Relativity products, spanning the entire EDRM spectrum and beyond with the alternative use cases Relativity can support. I am currently pioneering workflows for our new AI suite of tools.In my capacity as a Technical Trainer, I am dedicated to delivering a comprehensive suite of Relativity Trainings. I act as a voice for the client within Relativity, ensuring the end-user perspective is integral to our product development cycle. I am on hand to resolve any product queries and craft bespoke workflows tailored to project objectives. My expertise allows me to create and conduct product training through Live Webinars, Workshops, Sessions at Relativity Fest etc. I play a key role in onboarding new customers and sustaining customer health, whether through onsite visits or remote support. My thought leadership extends beyond the company, as I actively engage in the industry through presentations, and participation in various events, continually advocating for innovation and excellence in service delivery.
