Collaborate with colleagues to create network design topologies and configurations for clients\' projects. • Acquisition, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network equipment, cables, and network software products. Monitor and maintain network performance and provide reports and statistics on network performance. • Perform network expansions, upgrades, and repairs as needed. • Review, evaluation, and implementation of hardware and software for network systems and data communications. • Back up network devices and manage backup media storage. • Create and maintain technical diagrams, reference instructions, and manuals. • Stay up-to-date with technologies such as Active Directory, telecom protocols, and data communications. • Apply NPF\'s policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable laws. • Carry out tests for our customers and carry out safety and quality control. • Mostly, works on Fortigate and Palo Alto products.
