As the Chief Empowerment Officer of EOD Global, I focus on more than the operations at hand. I\'m forward-thinking, innovative, and an agent for change. As the CEO, focusing on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Anti-Racism, I am responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all efforts related to making EOD Global a fairer, more-equitable environment for all employees. I\'m responsible for analyzing the results of existing programs, suggest improvements, and act as an advisor on DEIA-AR issues for the rest of the executive team. In my role I am:* A content developer, building innovative, programs for clients, with a focus in neuroscience and change management* A strategic planner and develop and implement strategic initiatives that support diversity and inclusion.* A problem-solver who must be able to come up with innovative solutions to challenges, whether it’s getting executives on board, working to shift cultures, or identifying inequities in systems, policies or practices in support of new initiatives.*A consensus builder working to get buy-in from the executive team as well as employees at every level.* A knowledge repository of changing social practices, laws and regulations that affect DEIA-AR plans in real-time. Staying up to date on emerging legislation is essential.In my role, I am responsible for developing the strategic initiatives that support any company’s most important asset: ITS EMPLOYEES!
