I have over twenty years of experience focused on improving education outcomes for marginalized students, most notably in areas for which they are underrepresented. My passion and expertise are centered in learning and teaching, program and performance management, research and evaluation, policy analysis, and leadership. My responsibilities have included working in school districts, universities, private philanthropy, and in education consulting. Deep expertise in leading diverse teams, managing budgets and grants, and conducting peer-reviewed education research.
