At Northrop Grumman, I serve as a deputy product manager for systems engineering teams that are responsible for maintaining, developing and modernizing network, hardware, storage, data center, and server solutions. My responsibilities include ensuring that infrastructure engineering teams will acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints while also validating proposed system designs that will meet key predetermined requirements. My day to day operations include mentoring junior and senior level engineers, ensuring the team has the resources to complete customer expectations, and overseeing overall product development, to include task scheduling, systems design and validation, defect resolution, performance feedback, and technical advisement.
