I\'ve had the privilege of being a key member of multiple winning teams and enjoy the challenges that come with building something great.I am passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, particularly in launching and scaling businesses. Previously, I operated the largest WOW 1 DAY PAINTING franchise in North America. What started as a one-person operation grew into a thriving team of 80+ employees, establishing a strong brand presence in the GTA and Muskoka. By developing scalable systems and processes, we achieved significant growth while maintaining a world-class customer experience. I led the company’s day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives while fostering a strong team culture.Currently, I am the President of Dodds Garage Doors, where we make people happy through exceptional service. Since 1958, we have proudly served over customers across Ontario, specializing in both service and new installations for residential and commercial properties.
