   Supervise the day-to-day activities of Analysts to ensure quality performance and development of team. Developed and maintained professional positive relationships with staff, executives, and external funders, serving as a liaison for organization to identify potential opportunities to strengthen relationships. Oversee processing monthly or quarterly vouchers for payments on government contracts and private grants. Prepare the Consolidated Budget Reports (CBR) and the Consolidated Financial Reports (CFR) using the New York State Software. Provide guidance to accounting staff members on cost allocation and coding for contract/grant related expenditure. Assess funding to ensure compliance with contractual rules and regulations, while maximizing funding revenue and mitigating risk. Develop and manage budgets, incorporating external funding budgets (Federal, State. City, etc.); proposed and processed modifications based upon organization spending analysis. Coordinate with Budget Manager on budgeting and variance reporting of revenue and expenditure related to funding. Inform and coordinate with Social Service Directors and Building Managers on operational issues related to compliance with funding.
