Leveraged private sector practices to support the goals of this multi-year effort and evaluated and provided recommendations to optimize the combined operating models and structures of their agencies’ front office and back-office departments. Collaboratively, developed and stood up a transformation platform upon a change management foundation to implement the strategy for enduring effectiveness and efficiency.At State Level for Department of Health and Human Services - Provided subject matter expertise in strategy to execution planning and facilitation of leadership coaching sessions working with the Chief Equity Officer and staff to develop strategic alignment of the newly established Health Equity Portfolio Department. Deliverables included a mission and vision statement for the Portfolio, health equity and DEI definitions, services identification, strategic priorities and initiative plans, strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPI) development and review forums for monitoring the success of the portfolio’s priorities and goals, and stakeholders’ engagement planning for the development of strong internal and external partners to deliver prioritized strategic initiatives.
