I am a strategic communications leader operating at the intersection of aerospace, defense, executive communications, and storytelling.Currently with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, I support high-visibility initiatives and senior leaders across one of the world’s most complex and mission-critical organizations. My work spans executive communications, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and special projects designed to position teams, leaders, and programs for long-term impact. I am trusted in spaces where clarity, discretion, and influence matter.My career has been shaped by building, scaling, and strengthening programs across aviation, higher education, and corporate environments. I have led early-career pipeline initiatives, developed workforce planning tools, and stood up retention and mentorship programs, always with a focus on connecting strategy to execution and people to purpose. Across every environment, I bring a consistent focus on culture, leadership, and measurable outcomes.Creatively, I am an award-winning filmmaker and director, recognized with multiple Telly Awards and national film festival selections. My work centers on identity, legacy, leadership, and the power of intentional presence. I believe storytelling is not separate from leadership. It is one of its most powerful tools.I am currently an MBA candidate at SMU Cox School of Business, deepening my foundation in strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness as I continue to build toward a senior executive role in communications, marketing, and corporate impact.At my core, I am a builder.
