Extensive experience in energy services as an energy engineer, project manager and business developer. I have a broad range of experience developing and commissioning energy projects in the private sector, local, state and Federal Government utilizing shared savings contracts, operating leases, Grants, Energy Services Performance Contracts (ESPC) and Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC) procurement in Healthcare Facilities, Commercial Properties, and Federal Agencies across the United States. Tracy is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP). He was President of the NW Florida Chapter of ASHRAE in 2008/2009 and 2009/2010. His experience and knowledge of today\'s high-tech building systems provides clients with an unbiased perspective of their capital assets, installation, operation, performance, and efficiency.
